How do subscriptions work?Updated 4 months ago

When signing up for a recurring subscription, you can select from 5 delivery frequencies - every 4 weeks, 6 weeks, 8 weeks, 12 weeks, and 16 weeks (for our 48-ct toilet paper, we also offer every 24 weeks). This means that when you checkout, an order is placed for you immediately, then your next order arrives based on your selected frequency (eg, 8 weeks later, then 8 weeks after that, etc...). If you find out that delivery frequency doesn't work - you can always change it!

So it's easy to set it and forget it! We'll do the rest. And while those frequencies are "set in stone", you can always skip your upcoming order or change the next order date, allowing you to get your next order on your schedule - only when you're ready. We also give you complete control to manage your subscription.

When it's time for your next order, you will receive a renewal reminder email 3 days before your order is processed (you can also be texted as well - learn more here), so make sure to make any updates to your order or address in that time. Once the order has been processed and shipped out you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once the delivery has gone out.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Please note, cancelling your subscription will cancel future orders only and not orders that have already been made.
