How do I change the frequency of my delivery?

Step 1: Login to your Reel Account

Step 2: Find your subscription and click on the Manage Subscription button

  • if you have multiple subscriptions (eg, 1 TP and 1 paper towel), they are treated as separate so you would need to skip both products separately)

Step 3: Click on the Delivery Schedule box

Step 4: Select your desired delivery frequency and click Update

Please note: you next order date will stay the same, and the new delivery frequency will begin after your next order is placed. If you'd also like to change your next order date, please follow these instructions.
