We offer free shipping to all of the contiguous 48 United States; unfortunately we don't ship internationally (sorry Canada - we're hoping to get Reel to you soon!).

We're doing our best to start delivering to Alaska and Hawaii but as a small company it's simply too expensive. As we grow we will start shipping to new locations, but the truth is, as a startup we're just not there yet.

We ship using FedEx, UPS, USPS, OnTrac, or other local shipping carriers.

Orders typically arrive within a few days (90% of our orders are delivered within 3 days!), and shouldn't take longer than 7 business days from when they were processed assuming there are no issues with processing the order or shipping delays on the carrier side.

Once your order has shipped out, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with full tracking details (more info here).

Our orders ship out of our California, Illinois, or Pennsylvania warehouses. We ship Monday - Friday and our warehouses are closed on Saturday, Sunday, and most major holidays.

We're currently paying to offset carbon emissions for our sea freight to Carbonfund.org, where they're allocated to third-party verified sustainability initiatives such as: avoiding deforestation in the Amazonian Basin, Brazil, generating international wind energy, converting landfill gas to renewable energy in the U.S., and electrifying truck stops in the U.S.!
