All your subscriptions are listed in one easy-to-see place! To see and make changes to any of your subscriptions, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Login to your Reel Account
- enter your account email and you will be emailed a 4 digit code. If you've added your phone number to your account, you will also receive the 4 digit code via text message
Step 2: On the right hand side of the screen (if you're on mobile, scroll down to the bottom of the page), click on the Manage subscriptions button
Step 3: This page will show all your active subscriptions. Click on the subscription you want to view or make changes to, such as: changing the delivery frequency, changing the order quantity, rescheduling the next order, skipping the next order, swapping the subscription product, or cancelling the subscription!
- you can also click on the Inactive tab to see what inactive subscriptions you have in your account; if you decide to cancel your subscription, you can always re-activate it
