We wanted to thank all our contributors who helped make our Community Investment Round through Wefunder a complete success!

In January 2024 we emailed all our contributors their investment perk coupon codes The coupon codes are good on the 100% Bamboo Toilet Paper (24-ct) and 100% Recycled Paper Towels products only.

For customers with existing accounts/recurring orders who used their account email to contribute

We've already applied your investment perk discount code to your account! Nothing more is needed to be done on your end in regards to your free orders.

For those contributors who should have also received a lifetime discount code, those were sent in a follow-up email. You will need to enter the code found in the email manually when your other investment perk coupon code has expired (here are the instructions on how to apply a discount code to your next order), or we can do that for you as well.

For new customers without an account/recurring order, or current customers who used an email not matching their account email to contribute

We emailed your investment perk coupon codes. Those coupons are single use and will only work on the one-time purchase checkout, so if your investment tier provided you with multiple free orders, you can use that same code several times until it's expired. 

Please note - the coupon code is good on one free box per order, so if you'd like to purchase 2 boxes (or more) at a time, you will need to checkout with 1 box several times, and use the coupon code in each order.

If you prefer to start a recurring subscription using your coupon code, please reach out to our customer support and let them know, and they can create a new coupon code that will work on the recurring subscription checkout!
