How do I update my phone number?

Please note: The following method updates your account phone number which allows us to send you the 4 digit passwordless login confirmation code

To opt-in or update your phone number for SMS account management, please go to this link and enter your account email address and new phone number

Step 1: Login to your Reel Account

enter your account email and you will be emailed a 4 digit code. If you've added your phone number to your account, you will also receive the 4 digit code via text message

Step 2: Click on the Address & payment details button on the sidebar (on mobile, this button will be located at the bottom of the page)

Step 3: Click on the Edit your details button

Step 4: Update your phone number and click Save changes
