How do I add a new product to my subscription?Updated 16 days ago
Step 1: Login to your Reel Account
- enter your account email and you will be emailed a 4 digit code. If you've added your phone number to your account, you will also receive the 4 digit code via text message
Step 2: In the customer portal home page (the Next Order page), click on the Add Product button in your Next Order section

- you can also scroll down to the bottom of the page to the Recommended for you section, and click on Add under the product you want to add to your next order/account

Step 3: On the new page you can manage the product addition. When you're ready, click on the Add to order button to add this product to your account
Below are the following actions you can take prior to adding the product to your account
- you can select the order quantity
- you can select whether you want this product to be added as a one time purchase or as a recurring subscription. If a recurring subscription, you can also select the desired delivery frequency
- if you have multiple addresses in your account, you can select which address to ship this product to. You can also add a new address

Step 4: A green confirmation notification will appear, and after a few moments the page will refresh to confirm that the new product was added to your account under your next order date
