Can I cancel or edit an order before it ships?Updated 3 months ago
You can request the cancellation of an order before it's been shipped, and while our system doesn't allow for order cancellation once they've been made, we'll do our best to accommodate such requests. If you realize that a duplicate order has been placed or need to change your address, contact us immediately for assistance (please include your account name/email and correct shipping address).
For recurring subscription orders, renewal reminder emails (and SMS reminder text messages, if applicable - sign up here) are emailed 3 days prior to the order being created, and order cancellations must be done prior to the order being charged - this can be done by skipping the order or moving back the order date.
