Unfortunately, for health and safety reasons, we're not able to accept returns. If you're unsatisfied with our toilet paper for any reason, please feel free to contact us. If possible we recommend donating the toilet paper to a local shelter or to someone in need.

We do not issue refunds on large orders, or past 30 days after an order has been marked delivered by the shipping carrier.

For questions regarding orders that originated on other online retailers or in-store at Target, Harris Teeter, Gelson's, Erewhon, or elsewhere, please reach out to their respective Customer Support teams.
