What happens if my order is missing, lost, or damaged?Updated 5 months ago
If your tracking link shows that your order has been delivered but you can't find it, please first double check all the normal delivery locations around your house/apartment/building. If you're not sure how to find your tracking number, please check out this article.
There are times that tracking shows delivered but it doesn't get dropped off until the next day or so - sometimes the order ends up at a neighbor or the shipping carriers come back the next day. If you still haven't received your order in 2 business days (or if your tracking link is stuck, missing, or simply doesn't look right), please contact us.
Prefer to have FedEx, UPS, or USPS deliver your orders? Please let us know and we'll update your account to only have one of those carriers deliver your orders!
If your order's tracking shows that it is in transit but has not been delivered after 10 days of being marked shipped, please reach out to us. We'll investigate the matter with our shipping partners and, as part of our resolution process, we'll send out a replacement order to your address..
For damaged orders, please include any pictures, a description of the damage, and your account email and we'll be happy to re-ship the order free of charge or refund you.
