Renewal reminder emails are emailed 3 days prior to the order being created, and order cancellations must be done prior to the order being charged - this can be done by skipping the order or moving back the order date.
If you still need to cancel the order please contact us. Once the order has been charged and created it is sent to our warehouse for processing and shipping; at this point we'll do our best to try and cancel the order in time.
Changing the address on your order - if you need to update the order address after the order has been charged, please contact us and include your account name/email and correct shipping address and we will do our best to update it in time.
