We just wanted to take a moment to bring you up to speed on where we are with toilet paper stock and our plans for restocking. We’ll be updating this page with new information as it becomes available so please bookmark this page and check back frequently.
Are you out of stock right now?
As you may have noticed we’ve placed an “out of stock” message on our website and have temporarily disabled the ability to place a new order. We’ve saved sufficient inventory to be able to fulfill upcoming orders for recurring subscribers. Unfortunately, due to the very high demand and our limited inventory, we’re not accepting single-purchase or new subscription orders at this time.
We know it can be pretty hard to find toilet paper right now and we are doing everything possible to expedite restocking and having products available to you for purchase. Please bear with us during these unprecedented times.
I’m a recurring subscriber - what does that mean for me?
We’ve reserved sufficient inventory for recurring subscribers that should last us over the coming weeks, but we ask that you don’t add more boxes to your subscriptions or move your delivery dates unless absolutely necessary. We want to ensure everyone is able to receive a delivery when it’s their turn.
When will you get more stock?
Right now we’re hoping to be restocked by the end of April.
When can we sign up or buy more TP?
Right now, our existing subscribers have the highest priority followed by people on our “back in stock” notification list. Make sure you are signed up to that list to be notified when we have replenished our inventory.
If you haven’t already, you can join our notification list here and we’ll email you when we have more stock and are starting to take new orders!
We’ll do our best to keep you updated on our inventory and plans and hope to be able to continue to provide you an awesome experience with reel.
Thanks everyone for your patience and understanding. It’s a pretty crazy time on our planet right now, so please continue to look out for one another and stay safe.
