To cancel your subscription
Step 1: Login to your Reel Account.
Step 2: Click on the "Manage Subscriptions" button.
Step 3: In the "Subscription Orders" section, press the "Cancel" link all the way to the right of your subscription.
Step 4: On the next screen, please select the cancellation reason that best fits your situation, then provide a comment if you'd like.
Step 5: Select the "Cancel my subscription" button to complete the cancellation.
Once you've cancelled your subscription, you'll receive a confirmation email from us. Please note that cancelling your subscription will cancel all future orders; any orders that have been recently charged will not be affected and will be delivered as normal.
If you're trying to cancel on mobile
Step 1: Login to your Reel Account.
Step 2: Click on the "Manage Subscriptions" button.
Step 3: Tap the subscription information panel and swipe left; the "Cancel" link will be all the way to right of the screen.
Step 4: On the next screen, please select the cancellation reason that best fits your situation, then provide a comment if you'd like.
Step 5: Select the "Cancel my subscription" button to complete the cancellation.
Once you've cancelled your subscription, you'll receive a confirmation email from us. Please note that cancelling your subscription will cancel all future orders; any orders that have been recently charged will not be affected and will be delivered as normal.
